• Raise awareness of the systemic barriers, biases, and structural inequities that disproportionately affect ethnically diverse young women in Hong Kong, inhibiting opportunities for inclusion and success.
• Create supportive, inclusive, and empowering spaces for ethnically-diverse women to share experiences, challenges and strategies — transforming them into opportunities for growth and empowerment in pursuit of their dreams.
• Build community solidarities and equip them with tools and strategies to leverage their strengths, navigate challenges, and reshape their life’s trajectories to align more closely with their goals and aspirations.
