It highlights that many trailblazers hail from under-represented and marginalised groups, thereby shattering the mold or constraints that seek to confine their existence within narratives that limit or diminish their capabilities and brilliance. At the same time, the campaign strives to motivate under-represented and marginalised communities to reframe obstacles they perceive as blocking their pathways to success — to see them not as roadblocks but as stepping stones to achieving breakthroughs.
Inspired by the sheer force of the legacies of brilliance that precede them, community members are encouraged to become leaders in their own right — fully equipped to develop solutions that dismantle barriers and ignite collective progress.
