The DEIJB Lab’s Communities of Practice are collaborative networks that bring together stakeholders across education, social work, and youth development to co-create equitable, just, and inclusive ecosystems. These initiatives are grounded in participatory learning, shared storytelling, and systemic reflection.
What we aim to do.
We envision a Hong Kong — and a world — where every individual, regardless of identity, background, or status, feels seen, valued, and empowered. Our work is intersectional, interdisciplinary, and international in spirit. We aim to bridge systemic gaps through legal reform, community engagement, and accessible education.
