Ethnically Diverse Women and Young Girls Network (EDWYN)

Raise awareness of the systemic barriers, biases, and structural inequities that disproportionately affect ethnically diverse young women in Hong Kong, inhibiting opportunities for inclusion and success.

Create supportive, inclusive, and empowering space for ethnically-diverse women to share experiences, challenges and strategies for transforming them into opportunities for growth and empowerment in pursuit of their dreams.

Build community solidarities and equip them with tools and strategies to leverage their strengths, navigate challenges, and reshape their life's trajectories to align more closely with their goals and aspirations.
