The DEIJB Lab Academy is a flagship summer programme designed to cultivate the next generation of socially conscious leaders in Hong Kong.

Led by award-winning expert on minority rights and diversity-related issues, Professor Puja Kapai at the University of Hong Kong, the DEIJB Lab Academy is an intensive summer programme designed to equip senior secondary and university students with the knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience to become champions for diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging to drive meaningful change towards inclusive and equitable learning environments.
