The DEIJB Lab Academy is a flagship summer programme designed to cultivate the next generation of socially conscious leaders in Hong Kong.

Over five immersive weeks, senior secondary and university students engage in a hands-on learning experience that blends education, innovation, and action. Last summer, our participants co-created a powerful children’s book that brings DEIJB values to life through storytelling—proving that youth voices can lead creative change. This year, we’re building on that momentum. Graduates of the Academy become certified DEIJB Lab Ambassadors, and outstanding project teams receive the title of DEIJB Lab Champions.

DEIJB Impact Challenge.
At the heart of the Academy is the Impact Challenge—a high-energy, team-based competition where participants identify a real-world DEIJB issue, design an innovative solution, and present it to a panel of community and industry leaders. Winning teams will be named DEIJB Impact Champions and receive mentorship, recognition, and ongoing support to bring their projects to life.
